‘PB Hunar’ is an initiative dedicated to inspiring and empowering high school students in Panjab  to become entrepreneurs. By providing seed funding, mentorship, and resources, ‘PB Hunar’ aims to help students turn their innovative ideas into thriving businesses. This platform offers not only financial support but also access to successful entrepreneurs, business leaders, and educators who guide students through the journey of business creation.

The project encourages participation through a structured process:

1. ‘Call for Ideas:’ Students submit their business ideas for review.
2. ‘Selection:’ A panel of experts selects the most promising projects.
3. ‘Mentorship & Funding:’ Chosen participants receive seed funding, guidance, and resources to launch their ventures.
4. ‘Giving Back:’ Graduates are encouraged to mentor future participants or reinvest a portion of their profits to sustain the initiative.

This continuous process creates a supportive ecosystem, fostering entrepreneurial spirit within the Panjab’s youth. ‘PB Hunar’ also encourages volunteers to contribute as mentors, offering expertise in areas such as project management, marketing, accounting, legal advice, and business development.
